AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE CANCELLATION & TRAVEL DISCLOSURE:
Contact us to get a quote for all of your travel needs. We make travel simple, fast and hassle-free. We take reservation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations must be made 24 to 36 hours in advance of desired pickup times, or the rates may change without notice. A major credit card must be used to hold a reservation. Cancellation fee: $45.00. No refunds will be issued on special/game day/ last minute same day reservation. Nonrefundable purchases/tickets are valid for one year, from the day of purchase. Refund policy: Only reservation made under normal rules and guide lines will qualify for refunds, minus the cancellation fees, if canceled within 1 hour of booking. Otherwise a travel credit will be issued in the name of the paying party. business travel clients: cancelation fees are set on a percentage, 45.00 maxuim rate. Refund request: when you request a refund, your request is placed with our review board. Please be advised the board may take up to 3 days to review and issue a refund, very few request are handled over-night. When a request is submitted: then the sale as well as the reservation form you submitted: as well as the voice record calls are then transferred to the board. Once you submit your request it is no longer handle via the booking or depot center. We work very close with our current payment processor to address any issues that may arise.
NO PETS, WHAT SO EVER WILL BE ALLOWED IN OUR UNITS. WE UNDERSTAND EVERYONE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO PETS, AND WE ASK, IF YOUR PET OWNER AND LOVER, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR PETS, BY OTHER MEANS.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RESERVATION MADE FOR SAME DAY SERVICES. RESERVATION MADE FOR SAME DAY SERVICE, ARE ADDED TO OUR PICKUP LIST AS ADD-ONS. GRATUITY WILL BE ADD TO THE FINAL TOTAL @ 18%.RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER NORMAL GUIDELINES ARE HONORED FIRST. WE OFFER SERVICES ON FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASES. PARENTS, IF YOU AND YOUR CHILD MAKE A RESERVATION FOR SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY, UNDERSTAND YOUR CHILD IS BEEN ADDED TO OUR LIST OF CLIENTS THAT ALREADY HOLD A VALID RESERVATION, AND THEIR WAIT TIME MIGHT BE LONGER THAN NORMAL. IN THE EVENT THIS HAPPENS, DO NOT LEAVE NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS. TO AVOID THIS WE’RE 24 HOUR SERVICES, RESERVATION MAY BE MADE ANY TIME. FOR THE BEST SERVICE LODGE YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN THE SET TIME FRAME TO ENABLE US THE TIME TO PROPERLY SERVICES YOUR REQUEST. HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL BREAKS: EVERYONE IS TRAVELING TO AVOID LONG WAIT TIMES, LODGE YOUR RESERVATION IN AMPLE TIME. All PROCESSED ORDERS ARE FINAL.
THERE SHALL BE NO EATING ALLOWED WHAT SO EVER, IN OUR UNITS. PEOPLE SPILL AND IT CAUSES THE INTERIOR TO BECOME STAINED AND DAMAGED. THEREFORE, NO EATING IS ALLOWED.
PRINT YOUR RECEIPT:
We operate the same way the airlines do. When you place a reservation, payment has to be made at that time, or the reservation will be deleted off our system. Only paid valid reservation will be honored. Failure to make your payments on line, will void your reservation. If we don’t recieve a payment to secure your reservation, there is no reservation: Thus, if service is still granted: a cash price will be assessed,5% higher than credit online price. We reserve the right to impose either.
All travelers are allowed one (1) carry-on case.
Checked luggage/heavy/Oversized luggage fees have to be paid, purchased at the time of booking a reservation. If your traveling and have one carry-on, and one checked case, you must purchase the luggage fee, on the form, it will ask you the number of pieces of luggage. The fee applies to each piece. for This is effective 12 Dec 2013
We are a private transportation firm. It is our goal to ensure everyone a clean safe transport. It’s also a goal to ensure everyone is picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. We can not control weather, nor traffic. If you have a set pickup; and the drivers are delayed due to one of the stated above issues, there will be no refunds issued if you choose to ride with a friend or another carrier. In the event, your booked for a roundtrip, and you the client elect to ride with a friend or another carrier, the entire booking ticket will be void. We will not accept your return at will. We reserve the right to reject, refuse or cancel any services thats offered via net, print or verbal with or without, in whole or part a notice. We monitor the traffic and weather hourly, and we futher herein reserve the right to adjust a pickup/drop-off time. Either we can move it up or set it back, as set forth and it don’t jeopardize your flight time. We are a SHUTTLE. There will be times you, the client might be the only party aboard, there will be times your not. Either way, keep in mind, we are a SHUTTLE. Having stated that. everyone is not going to get alone, everyone is different, some clients smoke, some clients don’t. We SEE and HEAR the same thing you do, we will address it accordingly.
Parent(s), if you’re traveling with your child or a child, it is your responsibility to provide your own car seats. WE DO NOT. All parent(s) are to yield to the laws of this state in which we operate.
